A sneak peek at our Weekend Storm

Forecast Discussion

A few snow showers will also be possible on Thursday, but most of the day will remain dry. Highs will be about 10 degrees above normal in the upper 40s, hitting 50 in parts of NYC and Long Island in the morning before temperatures slowly fall in the afternoon.

As the high moves in Thursday night, skies will clear, winds will decrease, and colder air will bring temperatures back down to average. Mainly clear and dry weather will persist into Saturday morning, when the next disturbance makes its way into the region bringing everything from snow to ice to mix to rain.
